Momenta offers one-to-one coaching for people with lived experience of disability. Our coaching approach emphasises listening, reflecting, and guiding people to create goals for themselves. We use conversation to empower people to create shifts in their lives so they can live a meaningful life of their choosing. Discovery - The Discovery Programme explores your inner self; who you are, the roles you hold or aspire to, your purpose, what makes you unique, and your future goals Social Mastery - The Social Mastery Programme is a transformative coaching programme designed to empower individuals with disabilities to develop social awareness, skills, and confidence. Self Mastery - Complete the Self Mastery Programme and get a deeper self-awareness journey designed to equip, empower, and support you to discover more about yourself. Forward, Together - Forward, Together runs alongside all of Momenta’s programmes. Empowering and supporting you to find opportunities and develop valued roles so you can live the life you love.
