Our array of therapeutic and preventative wellness services enables individuals and families to transform through life with peace, balance, and purpose. Professional counseling/psychotherapy is available via telehealth and in-office sessions for adults, adolescents, children and families. Focused on health, personal well-being, and life fulfillment, we specialize in: •Building/Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle for Overall Well-being and Life Purpose •Adjustment to Life Transitions and other Challenges (Divorce, Grief/Loss, Illness, Relocation, etc.) •Alleviation of Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Past Trauma, and other Emotional Discord We provide a safe space for children, adolescents, and adults to transform through life with peace, emerge more balanced and free, and become more aligned with their true path and purpose. Our professional integrative team includes experienced licensed psychotherapists with varying specialties and a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health field.
