Our team is led by Phil Mondau, who has over seven years of experience as an active Real Estate Broker, along with more than 10 years in account management. He serves as our Designated Broker and is committed to ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and expertise. Kelsey Mondau is an integral part of our team, bringing her expertise as a licensed Real Estate Broker and her dedication to supporting our clients. She grew up in the PNW and graduated from the University of Washington. She assists both buyers and sellers to ensure they receive the best service possible. In addition to our real estate work, Phil & Kelsey co-own Narrows Property Management with Chandler & Dana Hueckel, which provides property management services to clients in the South Sound area. This allows us to bring an extensive experience to our brokerage, providing our clients with a comprehensive range of services. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of building long-term relationships with our clients. We are passionate about real estate and love nothing more than helping our clients achieve their goals.
