About Mongolian Horses FC

Mongolian Horses FC are a YouTube based football team from Essex currently competing in the Next Level Football League. The club was formed in May 2016 by a group of friends with the intention of recording our games and uploading them to YouTube so we could have some footage of us playing football together. We would love for there to be a powerful meaning behind the team name but the truth is that whilst discussing potential team names together in the pub, one of our friends started telling us about his plans to go travelling - starting in Mongolia - where he would be embarking on a fourteen day horse trek across the country. Naturally, after a few beers, Mongolian Horses FC was born. We started playing in our local five-a-side league when in September 2016 we were offered the incredible opportunity of playing against Hashtag United - a YouTube football team created by YouTuber SpencerFC. Fortunately we won the game which has now received over 600,000 views online. A little while after the Hashtag United game we were invited into the Next Level Football League, a YouTube based football league where we have tested ourselves against other football related social media channels such as Hashtag United themselves, The Football Republic, ArsenalFanTV & Copa90..
