PHP w/ boarding & IOP therapeutic services for women. We at Monima believe that stellar patient care centers around providing compassionate, individualized mental health services that meet the patients where they are at. With a clinical team that has extensive expertise in a variety of therapeutic techniques, we can effectively meet the needs of women struggling with their mental health and the after-effects of trauma. In addition to providing a multitude of group therapy modalities and education, our clients participate in multiple individual therapy sessions per week utilizing customized treatment plans to provide a personalized healing environment. Furthermore, all patients undergo a comprehensive full-battery Neuropsychological Assessment that can provide clarity on diagnosis, appropriate medications, and overall cognitive functioning. Our facility offers women with trauma and associated symptoms the opportunity to develop a productive and fulfilling lifestyle. We use a strength-based approach and support our clients in honoring their inherent and already gifted abilities, including resilience and a desire for growth and change. We provide Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) in San Diego, CA with an optional safe living environment for those seeking an immersive healing experience with access to further community and care. We aim to foster a safe space for connection for women, and to provide personalized compassionate care utilizing progressive modalities to revive a passion for life. The purpose of this organization is to provide resources for mental health needs in an underserved population. Working with those who are affected by mental health disorders and trauma symptoms, our goal is to be empathetic and compassionate towards our clients and their loved ones by building community while providing a safe haven for those struggling with mental health and trauma.
