The mission of MSOSV is to develop the “whole child” by providing an enriched environment in which children can grow to fulfill their individual potential. Activities in the Montessori classroom promote social skills, emotional growth and physical cognitive preparation as well as artistic and academic excellence. The MSOSV leadership team met recently to revisit our core values and considered how those values impact our school community every day. The resulting “CARING” model came effortlessly and directly reflects the fact that our team is made up of people who care about others; always showing kindness and concern, making an effort to do their very best. This makes it easy for us to follow our motto of “Children First, Always”. “CARING” COMMUNITY All individuals – child, parent, staff – who join our incredibly diverse school community are treated with respect as individuals.
