About Monway Woodfuel
We are a UK homegrown sawmill, servicing and supplying timber, bespoke pallets, and a selection of wood fuel products to customers across a variety of industry sectors. Our timber is cut from sawlogs that are sourced from FSC approved suppliers ensuring sustainability. We hold certification with the TIMCON administered United Kingdom Wood Packaging Material Marking Programme (UKWPMMP) enabling us to manufacture and supply heat treated timber and pallets in accordance with ISPM15 regulations. We conduct the full process of heat treating using our onsite certified kiln with the finished product marked accordingly. As an approved producer-trader on the Biomass Suppliers List (BSL), we can supply a small selection of wood fuel products that meet the eligibility requirements for domestic and non-domestic customers who are on the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme. Our A1, P31S, M30 virgin wood chip is certified by Woodsure and we also produce firewood and kindling that holds the necessary Ready to Burn certification.
