We provide NON-proprietary curriculum to innovators, artists and side gig business people covering the specific steps necessary to bring your dream to reality. We will NEVER loan you OUR money but will certainly help you find private AND public funds to bring your idea to prototype. We WILL most definitely take a MINORITY equity position in your company for the BULK of our services. A (1) hour IN-PERSON "discovery meeting" is FREE. The rest of our services are tiered based on a weighted average of your FICO score and your entities SALES VOLUME. Our retainers have ranged from $500 to $5,000+. You read that correctly. After our ONE HOUR FREE discovery meeting, if we haven't proven our worth and value to you after doing this since 1951 then you shouldn't pay us $150/hour billed against your retainer {in 1 hour increments}. BTW, of the (14) firms we've "spun out" of Moonlight since 1991, (12) are thriving and (2) need to die - but the two CEO's aren't willing to throw in the towel yet. They will in time. Trust.
