With a great range of disciplines and skill of project managers, a building surveyor and decades of construction and investment experience our family team has a strong grasp on the property industry and the instruments that are shaping it. As the real estate market is ever shifting, so is our business. Originally starting out bringing new life to dilapidated properties through renovation. The business later shifted into long term lets, securing reliable, low risk high yeild income. In the current day, as the relentless government attack on landlords continues, the business has been looking to evolve. We have identified development as an area to expand into. Additionally, leveraging of cash against existing assets to expand rental income and maximise capital returns. A new 10-year development and reinvestment plan is in the works to keep the company current and future proof. Moonpool looks to maintain a competitive edge through technology. The use of our thermal cameras, drone, moisture meters, LIDAR scanners and borescope allows us to conduct our own thorough inspection of our properties which are done periodically. This has helped identify defects early, minimising, or eliminating down time in the majority of cases, and so protecting our cash flow and not hindering our much-respected tenants.
