Our world class range of PTFE Spring Energised seals are complimented by an enormous range of Valve Seats, Butterfly Valve Seals, Metal Seals (C Rings/O Rings), Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seals and Sanitary Seals. Alongside our core PTFE Spring Energised seal range we manufacture seals in a vast range of standard and high performance materials including NBR, FPM, POLYURETHANE, SILICONE, EPDM & POLYACETAL, PEEK & PTFE for Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Static or Dynamic applications and our understanding of extreme high pressure/speed and temperature applications is second to none. We offer a complete 3D CAD seal design service, on site PTFE billet production, in house spring winding, advanced CNC manufacturing process and EDM facilities for tool making. Our highly trained staff, facility and process make us the leading PTFE seal manufacturer in the UK. With no tooling or minimum quantities we can satisfy any requirement from special "one offs" to production runs at the highest standards in a range of materials including those with NORSOK, API & FDA approvals at competitive pricing with deliveries to suit.
