As Trial Attorney: Attorney Manuel R. Morales, Jr. has over 35 years of experience in handling personal injury and wrongful death matters. In those 35 years, he has been recognized by his peers and has held leadership positions in The Florida Bar Association. In addition to handling personal injury cases, he is a certified mediator helping to resolve a wide range of civil cases amicably. Dedicated to personal service, he responds to his client’s inquiries promptly by telephone or email making sure that the clients have the information they need to remain informed about their case. He is supported by an experienced staff with many years of experience in handling personal injury matters. As Certified Court Mediator: Mr. Morales has been continuously certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator since 1999. His 35 years as a trial lawyer make him uniquely qualified to assess the issues on both sides, understand the legal concepts involved, as well as the practicalities of the case. He is committed to the goal of resolving the case no matter how short or how long it takes. For this reason, he typically accepts only one case for mediation per day and is fully committed to reaching a settlement. Additionally, he is fully bilingual and can conduct the mediation entirely in Spanish or as needed for the benefit of the parties
