It’s pronounced shar-koo-der-ee :) Our Story: Michelle, the founder and owner of More Cheese Please NJ is a Penn State alum and graduated with her B.A. in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2020. After losing her post grad dream job as an Event Coordinator for JW Marriott in Austin, she decided to take the entrepreneurial route (the next day) and created More Cheese Please NJ. In a total of 24 hours, Michelle came up with a business name, created social media pages, and executed her vision - all while social-distancing at her parents’ house in Bergen County. And to her surprise, she had 20 orders her first week! Our Services: Whether you’re hosting an intimate or large gathering, we’ve got you covered. From elevated charcuterie boards to luxurious grazing tables, all of our seasonal ingredients are complementary to each other, beautifully crafted, and almost too pretty to eat! Want to book a unique team building experience your coworkers and friends can’t stop talking about? We also host corporate & private Build-A-Board workshops where we teach you all the tips & tricks of building the perfect charcuterie board (salami rose included.)
