MORE POSITIVE ME COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY is based in Devon. We work with people who have been impacted by domestic abuse, this includes those who grew up in a household with domestic abuse, those who have been in abusive relationships, those who have been abused by a family member or have found themselves in a supporting role either as a professional, a friend or colleague. Our Mission - To empower people to break the cycle of abuse and create positive change within their lives through healing, growth and self-discovery. Our Vision - To build a non judgemental community where people who have been impacted by domestic abuse are not defined by their past, but have space to heal from trauma, find their voice and create the fulfilling life they deserve. Our Values Survivor-Led - our organisation is run by people with lived experience. We put the voice of survivors at the heart of everything we do. Empowering - we share our resources and skills so that people are able to advocate for themselves rather than wait to be rescued. Thrive - we love to see people change through the recovery journey from victims to survivor to thriver. Welcoming - we create a warm, friendly and safe space for people to feel at ease.
