We deliver Seasonal Medicine on a subscription basis, including regular Health and Wellbeing Retreats in the exclusive setting of Es Racó d'Artà, a five-star resort in Mallorca. Seasonal Medicine is a highly personalised, sustainable approach to medicine based on the principles of modern research in epigenetics, established naturopathic principles and common sense. We focus on making healthy choices to promote energy, vitality and mental wellbeing while reducing the risk of chronic health conditions and illness. The retreats provide a concentrated period for clients to focus entirely on their health and wellbeing in an exclusive and tranquil environment. Dr Meuschel and the carefully selected More Than Health Team of specialists are present at the retreats, giving clients the broadest possible spectrum of care. We provide clients with whatever they need - from simple weight loss and metabolic flexibility to allowing them the ultimate experience of tranquillity and rest, or one-to-one sessions of Life-Span Psychology or Leadership Training to initiate change, all whilst being cared for on a physical as well as mental and emotional level.
