MoreCycle came into being in 2014 when MoreCorp identified cycling as a significant growth category and acquired Cycle Lab; South Africa's largest cycling retail chain. This acquisition enables us to create a holistic solution for South African cyclists through large-scale, speciality format stores (supported by smaller convenience stores in smaller towns) together with the Cycle Lab Active, PWC Bike Park, Cycle Lab Bike Skills, and FitTrack training programs. We will use our retail competencies to grow into sectors which present meaningful opportunities in both brick-and-mortar and brick-and-click formats. We are continually seeking to leverage our retail expertise into big box, category killer retail offerings which appeal to higher LSM customers.
