Welcome to Morning Foods - We are experts in oats and a leading European manufacturer of grain-based foods. Here at Morning Foods, we’ve been milling oats since 1675 – when William Lea began milling in Swettenham, Cheshire, UK. That makes us the fourth oldest family-owned business in Britain. And we’re still a family business through and through, now on our 15th generation. A succession of milling experience has created a pioneering spirit, continuous reinvestment, and technological advantage. Ground-braking progress in maintaining product quality and stability has led to global recognition for taste, consistency, and purity. The new mill today produces over 240 different oat ingredients and products from a single amazing ingredient – the oat grain. 2022 is the 50th anniversary of the Morning Foods ‘Mighty Oats Partnership’, a collaboration with farmers and customers across the supply chain. We have nurtured long term relationships with growers to guarantee a high quality and a steady supply of oats, allowing us to drive innovation and secure environmental benefit.
