About Morris Bean & Company
Morris Bean and Company... For over 78 years Morris Bean & Company has been providing precision aluminum castings for industry. We specialize in high-integrity castings with superior mechanical properties. We use gravity pour and low-pressure methods to produce aluminum castings up to 4000 lbs. We maintain our quality through a tightly controlled ISO management system. We have an in-house X-ray, heat treatment, Spectrographic analysis, and liquid penetrant inspection facility. In addition, we maintain magma simulation software to simulate castings and to ensure that the first article is the very best we can provide. We perform vibratory stress relief and have a machine shop in the facility. Starting out as part of Antioch College in 1926 we have been in our current facility since 1946.
