Morris & McDaniel provides research and consulting expertise that combines behavioral science principles with statistical analysis and a practical, defensible approach tailored to the needs of our clients. Our staff comprises experienced specialists with advanced degrees in the areas of industrial/organizational psychology, experimental psychology, public administration, criminal justice, sociology, and law. Staff expertise also extends to data analysis, computer applications, conduct and management of both national and international-level criminal and counterintelligence operations, and management of large numbers of federal criminal investigators and counterintelligence agents. Morris & McDaniel’s International Division was established in 2004. For three years, our firm assisted the U.S. Department of Defense in assessing candidates for the Iraqi Civilian Police Force at testing centers in Baghdad, Erbil, Mosul, Sulaymaniyah, Al Kut, Al Hillah, and Basrah. We also participated in screening and translation of scoring procedures for the National Iraqi Intelligence Agency in Baghdad. In January, 2014, we screened 30,000 candidates in over 85 locations country wide for the Uganda Police Force.
