Morrish Homes is an award-winning, Poole based housebuilder with an enviable reputation for building high-quality new homes across the South of England. Established in 1982 by the Morrish Family, but with roots going back to the 1950s, our mission has always been to bring traditional building practices to modern day living, creating exceptional places that inspire future generations. We believe in; crafting individual homes, creating special places, collaborating with others and delivering a personal touch. We are comprised of a highly skilled and dedicated team of over 50 professionals that we are extremely proud of. They strive to provide an exceptional level of service, with attention to detail and fine craftsmanship that is second to none within the industry. Our values, the strength of our team and our excellent track record in developing sustainable homes with a “heritage” brand has led to us being selected to develop the Prince of Wales's Duchy of Cornwall developments including Poundbury in Dorset and Nansledan in Newquay, Cornwall. More recently we have worked with the Ashfield Partnership at Luzborough Green, Romsey and will be working with them again on the upcoming Mountbatten Park development. We have also designed and built many successful stand-alone sites across Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire and Somerset – with more to come. As many of our developments are mixed use, we also have a varied Commercial property portfolio covering industrial, retail and office space.
