Founded in 1984, Mosaic Community Services is the largest provider of community-based mental health and addictions services in Central Maryland, serving nearly 30,000 adults, children and families annually in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Counties. Mosaic is accredited by CARF and the recipient of an Award of Excellence from Maryland Nonprofits.
