We are an established and well regarded recruitment agency, and are experienced in servicing the automotive trade in Cape Town since 1991, previously working for Syringa Automotive Recruitment, which at the time and for several years following was the only exclusively Motor Trade recruiting specialist in the country, and also was the first recruitment company (as at January 2004) to have gained the ISO 9001:2000 Certification, ensuring systems to be functional and effective. We work exclusively in the Motor Trade and have a full understanding of its unique requirements, current market trends, and conditions. Our consultants, whether working from home or office, are trained and qualified IPSC members, who adhere to a code of ethics largely long forgotten by many in the recruiting arena – and this may be confirmed by various of our special clients, some of whom now own, or sit at the very top of their companies. We have successfully placed thousands of people within the retail motor trade, and, between us, have over 40 years' recruitment experience.
