The fusion of these organizations created an Employee Benefits Consultancy unparalleled in expertise, innovation and efficiency. Adding to our core competencies of Employee Benefits Consulting and Health Insurance Claims Management, Moulton & Hardin expanded its services to complete the total Workforce Management Process – Human Resource Solutions (HR) and Payroll Solutions, ultimately creating a complete Human Resource and Employee Life Cycle Management Solution, aptly named M&H OneSource. The joining of management, ideas and technologies was the driving force behind our company’s flagship product - M&H OneSource.
