Bernie and Clarence have worked together in HR & Payroll outsourcing since 2003, first at Convergys and then at NGA Human Resources. With expertise in business assessments, technology, solution design and financial & economic analysis, we collaborated on teams to support some of the largest HR-Payroll outsourcing projects in the private and public sectors. In addition to our previous collaboration, we bring extensive experience in consulting and finance from engagements while working at other leading firms. Based on our experiences, we know the issues and pitfalls that derail projects and prevent success. We reconnected in 2019 and created Moultrie Lyons Advisory to guide commercial and government organizations of all sizes through the steps of reviewing processes, understanding current systems/services, identifying future needs and developing the economic justification to move in a new direction while avoiding delays and cost overruns.
