About Mount Nebo Austin
Mount Nebo Austin is volunteer run, working in two public housing in Austin, Texas communities to provide relational mentoring. We host weekly children's programming (Base Camp), meet with the teen girls in the community once a week (Repelling Camp) and work one-on-one in mentoring relationships (Mountain Top Time). Once a semester, we even host a Day Camp for all our volunteers and participants to come together for a day of fun and learning. Our team trains volunteers, mostly comprised of college students and young adults, to better their city through this work.
