At Mountain Lotus Yoga we offer hot yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga classes, with warm yin and Bikram, as well as private yoga options. During the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, as well as Outdoor Aerial Yoga Classes on the spacious deck at our Tahoe City Studio. We're excited to announcement the recent opening of the Mountain Lotus Cafe. California cuisine with a Pacific Rim twist. Our lunch menu is primarily plant-based using whole organic ingredients and bold flavors that promote health, mindfulness and longevity. Our fresh offerings include sandwiches, tartines, salads, bowls, as well as hot and cold drinks, adult beverages and seasonal elixirs. Chef Raymond Applegate crafts food that reflects our commitment We have a state-of-the-art, Live Music & Events Venue, and have quickly become a local favorite for awesome weekend events! This beautiful space is also available for year-round private events and wedding bookings with catering options provided by Mountain Lotus Provisions.
