Mountains Edge Recovery helps men build a foundation for long-term recovery. We are one of the most successful and renowned treatment facilities in the tri-state area. Our program is rooted in core evidence-based practices but also implements new, innovative therapies and modalities that provide our clients the means to develop a program that is specific to their needs. Our PHP model allows our clients to experience rehab by day and real life by night. During the day, clients engage in clinical work like group sessions, individual therapy, mindfulness practices, etc. At night, clients are free to attend AA or NA meetings, go to the gym, call their families, access their computers and engage in recreation activities like hiking or playing sports. This allows our clients to take the information they get and actually implement it in real-life situations. This combination of education and application has proven to be highly effective for long-term sobriety.
