Mountains 4 All is the inspiration, advocate and quintessential guiding hand for promoting the therapeutic year-round mountain experiences for anyone affected by a life-changing need or serious health condition. We are a small, dynamic non-profit organisation established in 2019 in the interests of accessible health tourism. We inspire, promote and are the quintessential guiding hand for anyone affected by a life-changing need or serious health condition. ( At the heart of our work is an acclaimed specialist Resource (individually and conscientiously collected personally over the past 15 years) which consists of an extensive network of activity providers and mountain operators, and is used to provide a personal and tailor-made service by one of our founding members, Catherine Cosby. Our guiding principles are inclusivity, empathy and integrity. Empathy and Innovation with which to give families and individual’s reassurance and a helping hand towards a more enriched and inclusive life are the essence of our work and a determination to help enrich and inspire the lives of children, young people and adults, who are affected in some way by a physical condition, amputation, special-need, mental, trauma, neurological, cognitive, degenerative, genetic, cancer, blind, visually impaired, hearing impairment, or a disability In securing donations, we endeavour to increase participation in these experiences by raising the profile of well-being in the mountains and guiding people towards the most appropriate adaptive activity for them. The personal impact of our work was born out of a desire by Catherine Cosby, whose daughter Alexandra was born with a rare neurological disorder (Rett Syndrome), that the healing and spiritual qualities of the mountains could and should be shared with other families and individuals to help bring about a fundamental change in their lives.
