About Mountainside ABA

Mountainside ABA was founded in 2017 to help meet the overwhelming need for quality, individualized autism support services in our local communities. We serve families in several different locations across West Virginia, as well as the bordering Winchester area of Virginia. At Mountainside, we recognize the value of people from our communities serving our communities. We have worked to promote sustainable change for the autism community at large by advocating for and pioneering Medicaid coverage of ABA therapy services in WV, developing competent ABA providers, and opening local centers where families can trust that their children are free to thrive. With a passionate, committed team, Mountainside has been able to push past the boundaries of what seemed possible for ABA services in WV in order to open doors, and keep doors open, for children with autism and their families. We offer in-home and center-based ABA therapy, and may work with your child in their daycare or school classrooms dependent upon need and insurance coverage. Our regional BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) develop evidence-based programming and oversee the implementation of these programs with our clients. Our behavior technicians work directly with each client, providing 1:1 teaching, support, and fun. Throughout every interaction with the families and children we work with, we hold our core values— quality, care, and individualization— at the forefront of our services.
