Our consultations aim to empower you with knowledge and techniques to self-manage your health and prevent injury, chronic disease or pain. We believe prevention is better than cure, and physical conditioning for sport performance and daily life is the key to success. WE TREAT MORE THAN SYMPTOMS At Move Clinic, our goal is to fix your problem, not simply treat your symptoms. We work to determine the underlying cause of your condition. For example, if you come to us with neck pain, we won’t just look at your neck. We’ll look at the rest of your body to help you understand what is going on, and why. We’ll then develop a treatment plan that will not only help with your recovery, but will also reduce the likelihood of the condition or injury reoccurring. WE'RE NOT JUST PHYSIOTHERAPISTS At Move Clinic, we are a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers. We understand that sometimes our clients require an integrated approach to reach their goals or treat their condition, which is why we've also partnered with an Accredited Practicing Dietician. We use the skills of our whole team to develop strategies to help you achieve the best possible outcomes for your health.
