We are here to encourage and inspire you to move more throughout your day. Whether you’re looking to get into a morning routine or you’re conscious of longevity, Move Every Day was designed to provide resources and products with these 3 things in mind. FUNCTIONAL To create a brand/resource that’s easy to fit into your daily routine, give you ideas for how to get some movement into your existing routine and, ultimately, encourage you to move more. APPROACHABLE I wanted something that most people can do either sitting/standing. Movement shouldn’t be intimidating. I wanted it to feel approachable so that you’ll actually do it. DOABLE With busy work/life schedules it feels impossible to squeeze something else into your day. That’s why the stretches in our movement library are 3 minutes or less and our movement programs are all about 10-minutes in length.
