About Move It Or Lose It Home Fitness

It is our mission to promote healthy aging by educating the importance of an active lifestyle in order to maintain independence, prevent chronic disease and falls, and maintain the ability to do everyday activities throughout all stages of life. We have a compassionate approach to helping older adults improve their physical health so they can remain independent and living in their own home as long as possible. We see exercise as a cost effective and preventative approach to healthcare and the responsibility of the younger generation and health professionals to educate, empower and encourage older adults to remain active. We go wherever it is convenient for the client, usually their home whether that be a private residence or a senior living community. We offer one-on-one training as well as small group training. Clients enjoy exercising with their friends in small groups and also enjoy the price break. We customize a safe and effective functional exercise program based off the individuals needs and limitations. Personal training sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length. Each session is designed to be fun yet effective, and is part of a total program built to achieve the client’s goals.
