move is the lovechild of long time east end residents and movement enthusiasts Sam and Jessica. After many years in the corporate sector we decided to transfer our operational know-how into something that can nourish both ourselves and our neighbours a little bit better. We created a (we think) beautiful, friendly little local for you. Our movement studio is nestled in the heart of our community and offers a variety of classes to suit all levels. We want to encourage movement of all kinds, for all people. We have both found that the joy and the freedom of regular movement has been invaluable in our own lives and we want to share that passion with you. We hope to bring our community together and help to promote health and wellbeing in the often chaotic pace of London life. Creating a safe, inspiring and welcoming space for you to move in will always be our priority, and we hope to see you there soon!
