Move Your Mind is a social enterprise dedicated to helping people create sustainable change in their lives — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Our work spans fitness coaching, education, and technology to make personal growth more accessible, measurable, and empowering. We believe wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s built through structure, self-awareness, and real-world support systems. Whether it's through our fitness coaching programs, our growing community, or our tech platform (MYND), our goal is to help individuals take back control of their health and build lives that feel good to live. The Move Your Mind brand was founded by Nick Bracks, a globally recognized mental health advocate and speaker. Over the past 15 years, Nick has delivered 1,000+ talks, given multiple TED Talks, published a book (Move Your Mind: How to Build a Healthy Mindset for Life), and launched a podcast to spark deeper conversations around personal development and mental wellbeing. He’s also appeared in film and television and brings lived experience and public reach to the work we do. Since partnering with Colleen Davies, Move Your Mind has expanded from a personal brand to a social enterprise comprising of mental health support, fitness and lifestyle support, and community outreach. One arm of our business focuses on fitness coaching for high performers — helping them lose fat, build confidence outside of the workplace, and transform their lifestyle through structure and accountability. We believe that living a fulfilling life doesn’t need to be complicated. We go back to the basics, prioritizing simple science-backed solutions to improve quality of life.
