We have forged our passion for health and exercise into online and workplace packages that are available for purchase Why us? Having both worked in demanding job roles we recognise the impact of dedication to work can have on lifestyle factors such as sleep, eating and hydration along with the effect on other roles such as being a parent, caregiver, student or partner. Being able to deliver at work requires optimum functioning, concentration and energy. We teach you to manage stress, boost productivity and address lifestyle factors for both the workplace and home life. Why Movement? Your health depends on movement, and the correct use of movement can be used to regulate the nervous system to aid stress management and improve concentration. We teach you how to use movement to keep your body healthy, reducing the risk of injury, pain and fatigue. Why Mindset? Mindset underpins all that we do and is a powerful influencer in social environments. Managing your mindset enables you to be solution-focused, reduce stress, and improve cooperation and cohesion which directly links to cognitive performance and productivity. We teach you how to foster a growth mindset and recognise when to implement management techniques to aid confidence, focus and problem-solving. We love what we do and the results that it brings to the workplace. Why bespoke? Every person is unique, and every employer has their own mission, vision and values. Using the relevant assessment tools, we can evaluate mood trends, states of well- being and lifestyle factors that are impacting on personal and professional performance. With this information, combined with facilitated discussion, we tailor our workshops to address your employees’ well-being needs. Our workshops can be delivered face to face or online as required.
