About Movement Therapy

We are a growing Transdisciplinary team (like multidisciplinary but better) that is focused on helping move communities towards health optimisation. We help our patients perform at life and we are passionate about it, some might say obsessed. We aim to create a healthcare system that is driven by preventative practise and individual outcomes. To move our communities towards health optimisation, we believe health professionals need to work collaboratively towards common patient goals, with the shared resources they need to be successful. The result is a service that helps manage your ongoing health and wellbeing to keep you living a healthy and active lifestyle. We are for people who want to perform at life. That means doing the things they want or need to do. They might want to be able to finish a 5km park run, play in the grand final or get back into the gym. They might also need to be able to play with their grandchildren, walk to the mail box, maintain their independence or avoid chronic illness. We reach our patient goals by knowing that two heads are better than one. We #WorkAsaFamilyActAsaTeam that consists of receptionists, coaches, mentors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors and exercise physiologists all knowing that the patient is our focus. We offer services and products that help our communities move more, move well and move for life. We don’t see our Chiropractors, Exercises Physiologists, Osteopaths or Physiotherapists as different, we call ourselves Movement Therapists. A Movement Therapist is a university qualified therapist from the fields of Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy. They use a wide range of techniques and strategies to diagnose and treat movement dysfunction. They do this with the lens of our Movement Therapy principles and our core values generally.
