About Movement Thru Sports
Movement Thru Sports is a program designed to instill/reinforce values in our youth that will assist them in their day to day lives. This curriculum is intended for all children regardless of their sports acumen or physical abilities. Each drill/activity has a specific purpose to not only improve their physical well being but to also improve skills/tools such as: trust in others, hand & eye coordination, patience, discipline, the value of hard work, confidence, just to name a few. Each student that completes our program will inherently gain many of these valuable tools. Tools that cannot necessarily be taught, they have to be experienced or earned. Our goal is to equip each of our mentees with tools they can call upon when needed. We all have the ability to be great in our own right regardless of our learning curves.
