Our services include the development and delivery of class room trainings, online trainings and practical training sessions in the workshop. We partner with state-of-the-art video production companies to create amazing video learning experiences for our training delegates. CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS Our ACE system (Auto Customer Experience) records customer feedback via WhatsApp, SMS and Phone on behalf of car workshops, brands and insurance companies in over 20 African countries. Your client feedback is collected in a real-time database and is easily accessible online at any time. PRODUCT WARRANTY SUPPORT We audit car repairs done under manufacturer warranty or under independent extended warranty contracts: This includes technical reviews and financial- / process audits in a central technical facility or on-site at the dealership. JIS LOGISTICS Just-in-sequence supply of parts & car accessories to vehicle production plants. Each car needs a user manual, radio manual, cigarette lighter, and many other “loose” parts. We make sure the correct parts land in the right car at any time. SPECIAL TOOLS SALES & DISTRIBUTION We import, distribute & sell special tooling and equipment needed to repair all generations of vehicle models. Tools & equipment can be ordered via our dealer web-shops. We also offer special tool loan-pools. These tools do not need to be purchased. They can be borrowed by dealers and motor body repairers for the respective repair jobs at the workshop. MULTI-CHANNEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT We manage customer interaction centers for a wide range of topics (telematics, fleet, roadside assistance, technical helpdesk, sales, etc.).
