About MPerformance

MPerformance is a company dedicated to improve the overall level of sport in the Netherlands. The man behind the business plan is Marijn Petermeijer. Compared with other countries, the Netherlands is less developed in the use digital analysis. This development will lead to an arrear in sport performance. With the the use of these specialized capabilities the knowledge about the game, the performance (of players and team), the play of the opponent, medical records, injury prevention etc will grow. All these information helps coaches en staff to improve the level of the sporters, and eventually the level of sports in the Netherlands. The delay relative to other countries begins by the lack of knowledge and understandings of the possibilities with are available (In every level of coaching!). There are no possibilities in education for Dutch coaches, and the federations don’t offer it in their training. To raise the general level of knowledge in digital analysis, we have to start by training the coaches. As clubs and associations /federations become more familiar with the possibilities, their will be a demand for specific advice. Particularly among professional clubs you see a trend that many expensive systems have been purchased without using it properly. Especially in this time when there is less money available, these types of organizations are bathed by good independent advice. Giving advice may also create demand for innovation projects. If the projects aren’t to big, MPerformance is capable to set them up for the client.
