About MPress Atelier

Through my work with my company Chookhare & Sons, I discovered a much broader and unfilled demand for women's custom clothing inspiring me to develop a full line of women's professional clothing. In addition to creating custom ensembles, I lead corporate seminars across the country guiding women in dressing for success in their profession. My desire to make women feel as confident and powerful as their male counterparts is a founding principal of MPress Atelier. I've had the privilege to dress an incredible book of clients consisting of C-suite level executives, entrepreneurs, artists, and celebrities. Early in the global pandemic, in the face of global PPE shortages, I felt a calling and feverishly focused on making handmade masks to give to my loved ones and to donate to first responders & essential workers. From that was born a beautiful custom mask line for all; Women, Men, Children, and Wedding. In addition to partnering with humanitarian organizations, a portion of all purchases proceeds through the MPress Atelier Shop go towards funding my continued mask donations, now focused on providing to all children in need. All items in the shop are handcrafted in limited quantities by expert artisans who are innovators in their field, while keeping close to the traditional manufacture giving you a truly one-of-a-kind piece. With a focus on sustainability & ethical practices, I carefully select artists who work with natural materials and utilize production methods that are in harmony with the environment. I continue to be inspired by the healing power that wearing the perfect piece of clothing or accessory can bring. This has been the foundation of my career in Theater, Fashion & Entrepreneurship, a journey I began in New York City for the past decade. I am proud to bring beauty into this world while I continue a legacy of love, healing, and community.
