MPS Contracts has been delivering specialist bespoke solutions for our multi-sector clients for over 40 years, often drawing on the experience gained working on lighthouses and high-rise buildings in the harshest coastal marine environments around the coasts of Britain and Ireland. Our experienced management team include a dedicated Health & Safety function to ensure all projects are carefully planned to deliver a safe and effective solution. As well as our in-house team we bring together expert subcontractors to match any technical, design or access challenge posed by our clients, no matter how large or small the project. We Project Manage turnkey solutions as Main Contractor and also act as Principal Designer when others are unable to propose a suitable scope of work and method statement to successfully solve our clients challenges. These can include substantial roof replacement or life extension works covered by Insurance backed warranties, large scale window decoration, refurbishment and replacement projects as well as specialist façade repair and refurbishment projects – often using bespoke access solutions combining roof supported cradles, rope access and tailor made and designed scaffold systems. As well as having the right people to develop and deliver projects efficiently, safely and effectively we bring new technologies and practices developed by industry leading experts including specialist coatings & systems for all types of project.
