About us. MPWR Productions is a London based independent production company, founded in 2021 by the Franco-Irish journalist Dr Myriam Francois (credits: BBC, C4, Al Jazeera). Our work focuses on ‘unheard’ stories which challenge assumptions and engage our shared humanity, using wit and flare. We also aim to collaborate with emerging artists and talent to foster innovative, intelligent, and inspiring projects. Mission: We make commercially successful content that moves people and makes people move. Vision: MPWR aims to be the leading global production company producing intelligent, artistic, and subversive content which centres marginalised voices and revolutionising perspectives. We balance artistically acclaimed feature documentaries for a global market, with recurring series to keep viewers engaged and invested in the issues that matter.
