The brainchild of Damien Lee, our mission at Mr Lee’s is to shake up instant foods’ reputation as unhealthy and improve the ready meals category through the introduction of delicious, premium products made with 100% real ingredients and absolutely no nasties (no MSG, palm oil, artificial additives, preservatives, colours or flavours), non-hfss (hfss compliant). We only use the finest freeze-dried ingredients: generous chunks of 100% chicken and beef meat, real broccoli florets, real cauliflower - you name it. But only the best! The noodles and their nine diverse flavours are uniquely crafted from authentic Asian recipes, those that Damien grew up with as a kid back home in Australia. They have recreated exactly Damien’s vision – amazing tasting noodles with absolutely no nasties! Our product range is not limited to noodles though! We have introduced instant congees (savoury rice porridges ) and instant porridges in a cup to our selection. Our efforts were recognised by over 50 industry awards and accolades for food quality, taste and innovation across the world incl. Health and Vitality Honours 2020, Grocer Gold Awards 2019, Asia Food Innovation Awards 2018 etc. Mr Lee's also developed the award winning, digital vending machines - Noodle Kiosks, serving hot ready to eat noodles 24/7.
