MR VEGETABLE is a startup plant-based food brand from Okinawa, Japan a region renowned for its long life expectancy and rich food culture. Inspired by Okinawa's natural, healthy cuisine and Japan’s traditional plant-based dishes, we are passionate about creating a kinder world for people, animals, and the environment. Our mission is to share the joy and value of plant-based living with the world. By promoting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, we aim to inspire more people to naturally embrace plant-based living. We focus on raising awareness of health and sustainability while making plant-based food an enjoyable part of everyday life. At MR VEGETABLE, we combine tradition and innovation to offer unique plant-based food and beverage products, all while respecting Japan’s rich food culture. Our goal is to bring Okinawa’s plant-based food culture and the wisdom behind its healthy longevity to the global market.
