To notify us of a claim, you will need your Policy number, Vehicle Registration number, Vehicle Make and model, date and cause of breakage (all claims are subject to validation and policy terms & conditions of your Insurance provider) Mr. Windscreen technicians are accredited to ATA (automotive technician accreditation) standard which is regulated by the IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). All technicians attend an external independent training academy – IWA (The Independent Windscreen Academy) to ensure certification.
