Theía is a restaurant lounge concept that aspires to captivate guests through its alluring ambiance, inventive cocktails, and contemporary Greek cuisine. Owned and conceptualized by Max Simon, a visionary entrepreneur and real estate developer, Theía’s interactive dining experience provides a welcome escape from everyday life. The beverage program led by mixologist Sean Leopold and Danny Garcia features artistically crafted libations that combine the finest ingredients with whimsical presentations to create cocktails that stimulate the senses. To compliment, the modern Mediterranean fare from Chef Moises Placencia features a selection of shared plates and sophisticated mezze dishes for dinner and weekend brunch. Theía is the first restaurant concept from MS Restaurant Club and is located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Fairfax district, with swanky Old Hollywood-inspired interiors from Tracy Hutson Design. A large bar sits in the center of the restaurant, surrounded by velvet navy banquettes and lush vegetation throughout the space which create a natural transition to the alfresco dining area. Remaining true to the lively ethos of the restaurant, Theía has live entertainment and a resident DJ, to create a one-of-a-kind nightlife experience that will have guests dancing through the night. Yoffi with Theia (https://www.yoffiwiththeia.com/) is MS Restaurant Club's second concept, and is a pop-up restaurant for takeout and delivery featuring creative Israeli-Fusion dishes.
