Our mentorship extends to the nursing team, where we can help set up a surgical nursing programme to optimise the practice offering and enrich careers. We also offer on-site surgical services in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic/endosurgical procedures through to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. Are you looking to start performing the increasingly popular 'Lap Spay'? MSM Vets also provides complete laparoscopic services, and we can offer a start-up package where we bring all the equipment you need to your premises. We will train the team over a number of days, including guiding managers through the financial intricacies of billing and purchasing equipment.
