About MSPA Europe/Africa
The MSPA is the representative Trade Association for companies participating in the Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience industry. The Association operates on a regional basis worldwide, with Chapters located in Americas, Europe/Africa and Asia/Pacific. Member companies unite as a common body for the purpose of strengthening the Mystery Shopping & Customer Experience industry through combined efforts and actions. It is the goal of the MSPA to improve and stimulate the acceptance, performance, reputation and use of Mystery Shopping services worldwide. The primary goals of the MSPA are to: 1. Establish professional standards and ethics for the industry. 2. Educate providers, clients and shoppers to improve quality of service. 3. Improve the image of the industry through public relations and conduct. 4. Promote members to other industry associations and prospect clients. With over 450 member companies worldwide, our diverse membership includes marketing research and merchandising companies, private investigation firms, training organisations and companies that specialise in providing mystery shopping & customer experience services. The MSPA is run by its members, for its members. Each Chapter, Americas, Europe/Africa and Asia/Pacific, has their own Board of Directors, under the advisory control of the Global Advisory Council. The board members are volunteers, elected by the Association membership, and generally serve on their board for a period of five years. The founders of MSPA and all MSPA Regions are represented on the MSPA Global Advisory Council. The Global Advisory Council contains representatives from each Chapter, and operates to provide continuity between the Chapters, to decide policy, to resolve issues and to advise the Chapter Boards as appropriate.
