In the production of forgings and railcar components, MSV Metal Studénka is the direct successor of the former wagon plant of Studénka founded in 1901. Today, MSV Metal Studénka is one of the largest suppliers to UIC wagon manufacturing and maintenance industry in Europe. Since 2013, the company has become a part of Jet Investment, a Czech investment group traditionally specializing in well-established Czech and CEE companies. MSV Metal Studénka is the only European producer with complete portfolio of sub-assemblies. We are one of the leading producers of screw-coupling, draw-hook, draw-gear, buffer and wide range of forgings. We deliver our products to all major wagon builders, operators, leasing companies and maintainers. With large share of our customers we have a long standing relationships. We deliver to majority of European countries, North Africa and Middle East, with export reaching over 80% of revenues. The hart of MSV operations is our forging and pressing division with both hammers and presses. We control all major production steps – material cutting, forging and pressing, heat treatment, machining, blasting, paint shop, tools production and laboratory & testing, which is a guarantee of our high quality and operational flexibility. Majority of our products meets strict certification requirements of our customers and European institutions. Our mission is a loyal service to all customers.
