They achieve a perfect repeatability of micro-volumes, starting at 0.1 mm³ in a variety of process such as gluing, adhesive bonding, sealing, potting, conformal coating, greasing, dam & fill, globtop and underfill. According to the application and the process, the machine is equipped with the appropriate dispensing head such as piston-cylinder pump dispenser, eccentric screw pump dispenser, jet dispenser or cartridge dispenser.
