We are unique in the market as all design and manufacture of stamping tooling for laminations and assembly jigs and fixtures for core pack assembly, are manufactured in house. This give us the ability to reduce lead times to bring the product to a prototype phase for direct testing and evaluation. With our extensive knowledge, we assist the customer from the initial enquiry to ensure that the product is both manufacturable in volume, with an emphasis on the expected final selling cost of the unit. As we have our own electrical machine engineers, we can also help and advise on improvements to the product as we work extensively with Universities across the whole of the UK therefore ensuring that we are informed of the most up to date improvement of electrical machine design. Also with our engineering team working closely with our electrical engineers we can also ensure that any improvements suggested are qualified ensuring performance and efficiency are not compromised. From Prototype to Volume Production, we work in a vast range of sectors, including Medical, Aerospace, Motor Sport, Power Generation, Automotive, Bus, Rail,Hybrid Power and Defence.
